Job Responsibilities
As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will:
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with MEP consultants and contractors.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
✅ Negotiate contracts at the award stage for the best price and payment terms.
✅ Oversee proposal development and manage contractor communication.
✅ Ensure all required project documents (manuals, warranties, etc.) are delivered on time.
✅ Work with the procurement team to ensure timely project completion.
✅ Share project details with the service team before testing and commissioning (T&C).
Qualifications & Skills Required
To be considered for this role, you must have:
✔️ 8-9 years of GCC experience in sales (HVAC/MEP industry).
✔️ A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
✔️ A valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
✔️ Strong negotiation and communication skills.
✔️ Experience in sales growth and market expansion.
✔️ Leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team.
Salary & Benefits
💰 Salary: Up to 15,000 AED per month.
