Job Details
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction cost control processes.
- Ensure compliance with Aramco project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
- Utilize SAP software for project management and reporting.
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Forecast construction schedules and costs for efficient planning.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in construction cost control.
- Mandatory Aramco project experience (including SE&A).
- Strong knowledge of construction management, risk assessment, and cost forecasting.
- Familiarity with small to medium-sized projects.
- Proficiency in SAP software and project coordination.
