Hiring Canapés Chef – Join Our Culinary Team

We are looking for a talented Canapés Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing delicious bite-sized appetizers and finger foods for upscale events, restaurants, or catering services. We need someone with excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of flavor combinations, and the ability to create both tasty and visually appealing canapés.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and assemble a variety of hot and cold canapés, amuse-bouches, hors d’oeuvres, and petit fours.
  • Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation for every canapé.
  • Keep your workstation clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
  • Monitor ingredient levels and ensure proper storage and labeling.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Canapés Chef, Pastry Chef, or in a fine-dining/catering setting.
  • Strong knowledge of both modern and classic canapé preparation techniques.
  • Creativity in plating and garnishing small bites.
  • Ability to handle the pressure of working in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Excellent knife skills and understanding of flavor pairings.
